The hotel is tidy and well-maintained. The staff is very caring and attentive. The location is unbeatable, just minutes away from the main attractions and the center of town. It's also very close to a huge water park and other tourist sights.

Enjoyed the FAMILY room with a comfortable bed, wouldn't mind staying there all day. It was convenient having a private safe, a mini-bar, and a sofa bed. The location was perfect and magnificent, only 5 minutes walk to Bike Rental.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the cozy rooms and the friendly staff. the rooms were comfortable, and the bed sheets and pillows were perfect for a good night's sleep. the hotel provided a discount to the nearby Aqua Park, which was a great bonus.
That the noise insulation in the rooms could have been better. I could hear conversations from outside the room.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel in Druskininkai. the staff were incredibly welcoming and provided excellent service throughout my stay. They were professional and took care of all my needs. Secondly, the hotel itself was in great condition and the rooms were fresh and clean. It was clear that attention to detail was a priority. Finally, the location of the hotel was perfect. It was easy to find parking outside, even during the busy holiday season, and it was situated in the city center, making it convenient for exploring the area.
All was well, couldn't ask for more.

Great location, clean hotel and free parking. Everything was fine during my stay in this city. I loved that this hotel was very close to the town center, which made it easy to explore. The hotel was also clean and had all the basic facilities required. What's even better was that they provided free parking, which was really convenient.

the hotel's location is also very convenient, with easy access to restaurants and entertainment.
The noise level was quite unbearable. We could hear conversations from outside our room and the loud music from the entertainment park next door kept us up at night.

The location was great, right in the heart of the city center. We were close to all the main attractions and everything was in walking distance. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
The breakfast was quite disappointing. It lacked variety and quality, and didn't live up to our expectations.

The design of the family room I stayed in was great and had a small kitchenette, which was very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, and even had a balcony. The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the city center, close to restaurants, promenades, and spas. The staff was super friendly and gave a very warm welcome.
The only small downside was the lack of hot water in the rooms. However, everything else was fine.

The size of the room was impressive, it even had appliances like a mini stove and an electric kettle, which was a nice touch. The location was also great, right in the heart of the city and easy to get around. Another advantage was the nice Christmas decorations outside, adding a festive touch to the hotel's appearance.
Our stay was plagued by a few issues. the magnetic cards struggled in the cold temperature, making it a struggle to get in and out of our room.
